In the realm of tennis, achieving a player-athlete’s dream of developing into a high-performance (elite / world-class / excellent / elite collegiate / professional tennis player) can yield various outcomes: full realization, partial realization, or no realization. These different results can significantly impact a tennis player’s time, money, life opportunities, health, and happiness.
In order to achieve the dream goal this has to be done through a project, as an organized, planned, executed, and delivered activity, by a group (a team) of qualified service providers.
The dream goal must be realistic to be practically achievable. It’s deemed realistic if a tennis player possesses enough player tennis potential, through all phases of progressive development, to have a feasible chance of reaching their tennis dream goal.
The project must be executed correctly for it to yield the desired outcome. It is considered well-executed if it incorporates the right key project cornerstones from inception to final realization.
Therefore, to minimize or eliminate the negative effects and maximize the positive effects on a tennis player, it is crucial that the realization of a tennis player’s dream goal is well-executed. This includes incorporating the right key project cornerstones into a well-structured project.
To accomplish this, we have envisioned and created a unique proprietary system and methodology. This system enables tennis players to know, from the start to the final realization of the project, whether the project incorporates the right key project cornerstones. It also provides an understanding of where the project stands, whether it’s on the right path, and if not, how it can be redirected. When reorientation is necessary, it offers guidance on what steps need to be taken and how to do so and provides access to the qualified service providers for it.

They have created their own tennis excellence development models, such as The USTA’s Progressive Development of a High-Performance Player model, grounded in world-best since and best practices. This model aims to help talented players reach their fullest tennis excellence potential as the high-performance player.
We have created a unique proprietary system and methodology to ensure the correct implementation of the USTA’s Progressive Development of a High-Performance Player model or similar globally recognized models and programs based on the world’s best science and best practices. Our system guides players and service providers, keeping them aligned with the intended model, their goal and strategies.

Who We Are
Our Founder & Executive Director
Vlado Pehar, the driving force behind Tennis Visionary, LLC, is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a profound background in sports, particularly specializing in tennis excellence development, management, and representation. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in law from the University of Sarajevo, Vlado Pehar combines legal expertise with a passion for sports.
With a rich history as a lawyer, initially specializing in corporate law within a major corporation, and later transitioning to sports law through the establishment of his own sports management and sports agent representation businesses, Vlado Pehar brings a unique blend of skills to Tennis Visionary, LLC. Having held various pivotal roles, including Secretary of the Tennis Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (TFBH), Foreign Representative of TFBH, and Director of the National Tennis Center TFBH in Umag, Croatia, Vlado Pehar possesses a comprehensive understanding of tennis business and administration.
As a high-performance athlete and coach across multiple sports, and a recipient of numerous tennis certifications from prestigious institutions in Yugoslavia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, and the USA, Vlado Pehar embodies not only the role of a seasoned trainer and coach but also that of a tennis visionary. Throughout his career, Vlado Pehar has worked as a tennis professional in various countries, imparting his expertise at esteemed tennis clubs, academies, and centers. He has also served as a personal coach to numerous successful national and international junior, collegiate, and professional tennis players and champions.
In addition to his coaching endeavors, Vlado Pehar has played pivotal roles such as the Director of Player Development and Selector of the National Teams Players for TFBH, where he brought a wealth of experience to all stages of elite player development. His collaborations with legendary coaches like Nikola Pilic, Nick Bollettieri, and Judy Alvarez have further enriched his knowledge and expertise in elite player development, a valuable asset now integral to Tennis Visionary, LLC.
In his capacity as the founder, executive director, and expert in fostering tennis excellence, Vlado Pehar is dedicated to ensuring that players achieve their full potential. We offer a comprehensive expertise package (Full-service), encompassing the assessment, advising, and adjustment of key project cornerstones.
Additionally, we can provide partial expertise, such as assessment, advising or adjustment , or just one or more up to six (6) project Individual-services within these 3 basic partial packages. The cost varies based on the player’s development phase, with lower phases incurring less cost and higher phases higher cost, reflecting our policy grounded in objective elements.
There is no fee for tennis players to search for and obtain access to new service providers from the TV Network of Qualified Service Providers.
